2. How do I book a session? You can book a session by visiting our website, filling out the booking form, or contacting us directly via phone or email.
3. What is your cancellation policy? While 50% depost is non-refundable, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive the remaining refund (if pre-paid). Cancellations within 7 days of the session will result in payment being forfeited.
4. Do you offer prints and albums? Yes, we offer a variety of print options, custom albums, and wall art. Ask us about our packages to preserve your memories beautifully.
5. Where are you located? Our studio is located in Orlando, FL. We also offer on-location shoots.
6. Do you travel for photoshoots? Yes, we are available for travel. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.
7. What should I wear for my photoshoot? Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Solid colors and minimal patterns often work best. We’re happy to provide wardrobe tips based on your shoot. It's best to consult with your photographer to ensure your studio settings match the wardrobe and/or atmosphere you are trying to achieve.
Payment and Fees
8. How much do your sessions cost? Our pricing varies depending on the type of session and the package you choose. Contact us for a detailed price list.
9. When is payment due? A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of the session.
10. Do you charge a late fee? Yes, a late fee may apply if payment is not made by the agreed deadline. Details are included in the contract.
Delivery and Photo Usage
11. How long does it take to receive my photos? You can expect to receive your photos within 2-4 weeks, depending on the type of session. Rush options are available for an additional fee.
12. How will I receive my photos? Photos are delivered via a secure online gallery. Prints and other products can be picked up at our studio or shipped directly to you.
13. Can I share my photos on social media? Absolutely! We’d love for you to tag us @812Photography when you share your photos.
14. Will my photos be used in your portfolio or for marketing? We request consent to use photos for our portfolio and marketing purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to have your photos shared.
