Standard Items (e.g., plain t-shirts, non-custom accessories):
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Items (e.g., personalized tumblers, shirts, shot glasses, self-care kits):
Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if there is a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong name, spelling error, incorrect item) or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right with a correction or replacement.

Standard Inventory Items:
Orders for non-custom items (such as plain t-shirts or accessories) are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Custom Items:
Orders for personalized products (tumblers, custom shirts, shot glasses, self-care kits, etc.) are processed and shipped within up to 7-14 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Shipping Method & Tracking:
All orders are shipped via a standard carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), and tracking information will be provided via email once your order is on the way.

Please Note:
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Larger or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the item has been dispatched.
